Round Table – Solving the Food Industry’s BIGGEST Taboos

FutureBridge’s Food & Nutrition team will form a panel to discuss the major pain points that challenge the food industry. FutureBridge in-house Microbiologists Rima Mittra and Sayali Khadye, and Chemist Prabhleen Kaur, will be hosted by senior analyst Edward Bergen to discuss major food industry taboos.

The discussion will delve into the latest early-stage innovations into some of the industry’s most precarious and debated topics:

• The ethical and scalable dilemma of lab-created products eg cultivated meat,
• The regulatory concerns and all the other challenges regarding cannabis
• Consumer acceptance and the tech lupeols surrounding artificial ingredients
